Mission Statement

Welcome to the Saint Joseph Football Parent Run Board! We are a dedicated group that works tirelessly to support and promote the vision and objectives of the St. Joseph Football program. Our main goal is to provide a framework for players, coaches, parents, and alumni to come together and foster team and school spirit. Additionally, we raise funds to benefit our players and the football program, ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed. We work closely with coaches and parents to identify areas of need for the players and allocate funds for appropriate use. As a conduit for communication between coaches and parents, we aim to keep everyone informed and involved in the football program. Join us in creating a strong and supportive community for our football players!

Jessica has been an active member of the Feed the Falcons and the Apparel Committee for the last 3 years. Most recently, Jessica severed on the Banquet Committee. A crucial care nurse by training, she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. She has led multiple teams and her leadership positions across several companies have prepared her well for her role as President.

Barbara Barr

Vice President
Barbara has been an integral part of the St. Joe's Football program since her son Liam (2027) joined the team as a Freshman in 2023. Currently, she serves as the Community Service Chairperson and volunteers for the Feed the Falcons initiative. Her involvement with the Falcons began even before Liam, as she actively supported the program while her sons PJ (2017) and David (2019) were players. Barbara organized various events, including Feed the Falcons, the Kick-off BBQ, game day activities, and the end-of-season banquet. Professionally, Barbara has been a social worker since 1997 and currently works as a school social worker case manager at North Brunswick Township High School. She specializes in supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities and assisting their families in navigating the transition to adult services. As a mother of four—PJ (25), David (23), Maggie (22), and Liam (15)—Barbara has dedicated many years to supporting her children's high school and collegiate athletic endeavors on the football and lacrosse fields. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time at the beach, and making Sunday sauce for her family.

Lou Ricigliano

Treasurer
Lou has been part of the SJ football program since 2023. His son Louis (Class of 2027) plays on the O-Line. Lou is the Chief Financial Officer of a pharmaceutical company whose responsibilities include oversight of the Company’s financial reporting, tax compliance and budgeting/planning functions. In his role as Treasurer, Lou looks forward to bringing his financial expertise to ensure the Touchdown Club's resources are managed effectively and transparently, supporting the team's success both on and off the field.

Rita Nagengast

Secretary
Introducing Rita Nagengast, a valuable member of the TouchDown Club since Fall 2023. As the proud mother of freshman player Eric, who is part of the O-line, Rita brings a wealth of experience to the team. With a successful career at Johnson & Johnson as a marketing/management executive, she is well-equipped to take on the role of Secretary. Rita's expertise in leading large teams and managing multiple priorities makes her the perfect candidate. Alongside her husband Bill Nagengast, owner of GameFacePhotos.org, Rita is also a devoted mother to daughter Ava, who is currently awaiting college acceptances. They reside in Bridgewater, NJ, with their two beloved dogs, a yellow lab, and a German shepherd.
